The Department of one of the first in Russia launched a project to organize an individual “tablet-education”: for each stationary patient, dishes at the plant are prepared in accordance with the personal diet menu. In hot form, food is delivered to the catering units of hospitals, where individual closed thermopodox “isoboks” are formed, which retain the temperature of the dish for 40 minutes, and distributed to patients.
