The theater absorbed all the wealth of the national and world classical heritage and created unique examples of Uzbek musical and stage art. The premiere of June 11, the first Uzbek opera Buran M. Ashrafi and S. Vasilenko opened a new page in the history of the National Musical Theater. The production of this opera was director Emil Yungwald-Khilkevich became a vivid event of the cultural life of the republic.
