Alexander Aich Biography

A brief history of esoteric astrology, a prehistoric period, the emergence of a rational in the history of a person, capable of separating himself from the world around him and nature, endowed with self -awareness, begins about the Paleolithic era, about thousands of years ago. It is then that articulate speech begins to appear, the word as a necessary tool for thinking.

A person is just beginning to distinguish the inner world from the external in which he lives, this process of formation of self -awareness lasted for many tens of millennia. Throughout the Paleolithic, that is, the ancient Stone Age man lived in the bosom of nature, he did not stand out from it. As speech and thinking develops, a person becomes more and more separated from the world around him.

He gradually realizes himself as an individual. As a consequence of the ability to abstract thinking, such phenomena of primitive culture as art, religion and magic arise. These phenomena are separate for us, were one for an ancient person. Modern anthropology speaks of the era of animism in the spiritual evolution of people. Animism tends to spiritualize all material objects and turn them into an object of religious cult.

These were trees, mountains, stars, sun and moon. In that era, a man lived in a constant struggle for existence. The world was full of predators, hostile tribes and all kinds of dangers, it was hostile and unpredictable. According to modern anthropology, a person in those days rarely lived up to years. The only one that retained its constancy and predictability in his mind was the sun and moon.

For long dark nights, he could observe the stars. Their constancy and frequency of heavenly phenomena was the reason for their spiritualization. The sun and the moon were bearers of light for him. And light, warmth and life are inseparable. Therefore, in almost all peoples, the sun gradually becomes a supreme deity. In addition, the need to constantly monitor the luminaries and stars was caused by quite material reasons.

It was necessary to somehow count the time, to conduct chronology. The frequency was set the sun and the moon. It was on their periodic movement that the ancient method of counting time was based. Among the whole nature surrounding man, it was the frequency and constancy of heavenly phenomena that created the ancient person that in the world around him there is some kind of pattern, order.

It was this sense of order, regularity and turned the world surrounding a person from chaos into an orderly cosmos. And space gradually becomes sacred to man. This sense of the sacredness of nature in the form of space is a characteristic feature of an ancient person, and it is it that distinguishes him on the one hand from a very wild Neanderthal, on the other from a modern person, for whom a sense of sacredness of the cosmos has already been lost.

In addition, the ancient tribes, which were engaged mainly by hunting and who led the nomadic lifestyle, had an urgent need for some kind of orientation system in the surrounding space. This forced them to observe in detail and study the stars that served them with guidelines in their wanderings. Among the motionless and permanent stars, they found 5 wandering planets.

These 5 stars with their own movement discovered their pattern and frequency characteristic of them. They were spiritualized and, later, deified. We note one important feature of archaic thinking: a person strictly correlated with himself all the phenomena of the world around him, he has not yet distinguished himself from the nature surrounding it. For many star nights for millennia, ancient people communicated directly with the stars.

They directly experienced their influence on themselves, they felt their favor or hostility. Some of them shone with a strange brilliance like the eyes watching them. Some people felt the attraction or hostility of some stars revered for the gods. So the basics of astrology were comprehended directly and in a direct way. Individual people felt their personal connection with a particular star, perhaps they identified themselves with her.

This encouraged them even deeper to get used to her life and comprehend her nature. The knowledge gained was transmitted to other people through language and speech, so tradition arose, astral myth. This knowledge and traditions have accumulated and passed from generation to generation for millennia. The experience was summarized, accumulated, checked and eliminated.

Perhaps astrology is the oldest of the sciences. But it was impossible to convey the fullness of experience through a word, verbally, speech was not adapted for these purposes. The need for the transfer of knowledge and experience led to the emergence of complex esoteric teachings. External - exoteric, an expression of these teachings was a symbol, and subsequently the myth.

In archaeological excavations belonging to the upper paleolithic and mesolithic, stone images of various astral symbols are almost always found. These are such frequently encountered symbols as a circle - a symbol of the heavenly sphere, semicircle, cross - also an astral symbol, spiral, etc. This makes it possible to trace the evolution of astrological ideas and knowledge, their development, the gradual complication of individual ideas, and more and more growing abstraction.

After the ice age and the onset of the Neolithic, the second very important period in the development of astrology arises. This is about thousands of years ago. This era is characterized by agriculture and cattle breeding. At this time, approximately complex religious systems arise. There are such abstract concepts as the supreme deity. The gods are no longer just perfumes as in the times of animism and totemism.

The transition to agricultural culture caused a need for a more developed form of time account and a more accurate calendar, since there was a need to know in advance when to sow, prepare for the spill of rivers and harvest. This required more accurate observations and measurements, for this it was necessary to improve the observation technique. So the first observatories appear - temples.

Their architecture was already accurately adapted for astronomical observations and measurements. So the famous megalithic structures arose: dolmens - who served simultaneously both temples and tombs; Cromlechs special temples are observatory. This type of building also includes the famous Magalit monument in Stonehenge, in England, completely built in accordance with the ideas of astrology of that time.

The need for a more accurate calendar caused the transition among many peoples, in the middle of the Neolithic, the beginning of the century of bronze to the calendar, completely built on the movement of the Sun. The cycles of the moon do not fit completely and without a trace into the cycles associated with the sun. Therefore, in many developed cultures, the time of time based on lunar cycles dies.

The solar - solar cycle begins to acquire more and more important. The annual path of the Sun among the stars is more and more detailed. Separate stars are gradually grouped into clearly distinguishable constellations. The values of individual constellations or sections of the sky receives its own sacred value. Especially, in connection with the transition to the solar cycle, those constellations are distinguished by the sun passing.

This is of course a zodiac. In almost all ancient cultures, this is one of the most common symbols. A circular cycle with the relevant unit is found almost throughout the planet: China, Egypt, Mesopotamia, Central America and Northern Europe. Everywhere there is zodiac symbolism. This is a symbol of life and its cyclicality, a symbol of birth, death and again revival.

The word zodiac itself comes from Zoe - life and Diakos - a wheel. This is the wheel of life, its cycle. In ancient symbolism, it was often depicted in the form of a snake biting its tail. Some caves cut out on stone and cromlech in Alvo in Portugal are talking about the deep antiquity of this symbol. It is characteristic that the initial zodiac did not have 12 signs as now, but 8.

The sky card from the Ashurbanipal library in Nineveh Ks.parts, that is, the upper half of the Neolithic, include the first caves of the planetary system. So the oldest image of the seven planets is a rock image of seven concentric circles found in the territory of modern Armenia. Astrological schemes on the slope of the Gegham Mountains, Armenia have still talked about the most general prehistoric stages of the development of astrology, characteristic of almost all peoples of the world.

In the future, we will speak mainly about the Indo -European stages of its development. In about the 15th - 20th century. One group of peoples, connected by the general language and religion, settled almost throughout Europe, Front Asia, Persia and India. These were the peoples of the Indo -European group - Aria. They were united by a common religion and language. These are the ancestors of the Germans, Romanesque, Slavic peoples.

The ancient Hittites, Iranians and Aria in India also adjoined them. They were also united by the solar calendar and the solar zodiac. In the religion of many peoples of the Aryan group, this or that deity associated with the Sun was a supreme deity. Among the Slavic peoples, this is Dazhbog, who was also called "the sun - the king." In the pagan religion of the Latvians the God of the Sun - Saule.

The German peoples are one. In the Egyptians, this is the sunny god Ra, and even earlier the mountains. This cult of the Sun is characteristic not only for Indo -Europeans, but also for many other peoples.
