He was a real person with a capital letter. A true Russian officer, selflessly and with self -sacrifice, gave all his knowledge, skills and experience with service to the Fatherland. The bright memory of him will forever remain in our hearts.

I ask you to honor the memory of Evgeny Nikolayevich Zinichev with a minute of silence. Today, on this solemn day for us, on the initiative of the head of the Main Directorate of the Minister of Emergencies Dagestan Kazimagamedov Nariman Makhmudovich, a fruiting tree will be planted next to the new Search and Rescue Unit. This is a very symbolic life -affirming reminder of the feat and self -sacrifice of Evgeny Nikolaevich Zinichev, who gave his life to save a person.
