The International Congress of Vatel Institutes in the event was attended by managers, leading experts and employees of the Vatel Institutes from 30 countries of the world. Most of the business program was devoted to issues related to the improvement of the educational process in vitel institutes, including in terms of organizing final exams and final tests in order to receive a French diploma of Vatel; quality control of education; organization of international internships; employment of graduates, as well as coordination of the work of regional vitel institutions.
The presented innovative projects, such as maintaining secondary vocational education of the SP on the Vatel Institutes under the Academy of Vatel, expand the possibilities of the international academic mobility of Marco Polo students and the establishment of the Vatel charitable foundation, opened new opportunities for all vitel institutions in the training and further support of young hospitality specialists.
Here, companies and enterprises presented their products to the chefs, confectioners, restaurateurs, distributors working in a catering niche, entered into contracts and found partners to implement new projects. In the Pir -Hotel sector, the leading companies of the hotel business spheres presented hotels in equipment, equipment, furniture, services, textiles, software. On the territory of the most “fragrant” sector, “Pir -Coffee” was an exposition of equipment for the preparation and frying of coffee.
In the Pir -Franching sector, presentations of franchises in the field of catering and accommodation facilities were organized. In total, companies took part in the exhibition events Pir Expo. 25 training sites worked for specialists, where more recognized industry experts shared the experience and secrets of skill. This year, the theme of the festival was “reflection” - the endless interaction of the material and spiritual, man and nature, the architect and his creations. At the festival, more works were presented in the framework of the competitive program, including among students of architectural universities and colleges. Students of the Moscow branch of the RMAT with great interest studied the presented competitive work, and also listened to a course of lectures on the topic of modern trends in the field of design of the architectural environment from leading Russian designers and architects.

It is planned that 5 3-year students under this program will be trained in Vatel schools in France, Turkey and Malaysia in the current academic year. Antipova Maria won this competition and received a grant as a prize for one year of free training on the educational international program “Vatel-Rmat”.
At the end of the 2nd year ceremony, certificates were awarded about the successful passage of the international internship in the Vatel educational and production complex in the city of him, in France.
