So I think differently: just the same personnel decide everything! Therefore, each employee of our enterprise - whether it be a driver, an engineer or my deputy - is indispensable.
All of them are veins, arteries and capillaries of one living organism. We do not have random people, everyone is a professional in his own business. It was these people who made a successful enterprise that I drive. This, believe me, is not highly half phrases. And I willingly believe. After all, the state enterprise "Konus" is one of the most promising in our region.
It is difficult to get a job here: an average monthly salary of rubles and an attractive social package - for which today it makes sense to hold on to the workers. And if vacancies appear, then they quickly occupy them - a holy place, as usual, does not happen empty. Hot galvanizing factory "Konus" is an import -substituting project. Previously, for galvanizing metal structures I had to carry to neighboring countries - this was cost both in time and money.
The construction of the "cone" solved this problem. Today, he not only closes the need for hot galvanizing the domestic market, but also works for export. However, according to Andrei Zhamayda, the situation with coronavirus, although it made its adjustments to the plant’s operation, but did not manage to put it on his knees. But we decided at all costs not to stop the work of the plant.
And they were completely right. For example, our European competitors who took a break for this difficult period still cannot recover. And we survived and went on. But the most important thing - we retained the team, did not reduce anyone. They took all precautions, introduced a passing regime to the territory of the plant, daily monitoring of the health of all our people.
In addition to the insurance of payments, in difficult times we supported the financially everyone. The great honor and great responsibility is Andrei Petrovich, you are talking about either the enterprise or about your employees all the time ... Modesty, of course, decorates a person, but let's already have a little about you. Moreover, there is a reason: recently you received a medal “For Labor Merit” - this is a significant reward of a state level.
I know that the solemn ceremony was held on the last day of the year in the Minsk Town Hall. Tell us what the first impressions were after the presentation. This is my first such high reward. Later, the excitement was replaced by joy and pride: after all, this is not only a great honor, but also responsibility. Let the medal “For Labor Merit” were handed personally to me, but a priori she is the whole team.
What does this status mean to you? To be a delegate, to present your land is, of course, very honorable for me. What thoughts did I go to the All -Belorussian People’s Assembly? I thought that every Belarusian is responsible for his country. I want us to live in peace and harmony, so that there is stability and calm, confidence in the future. I want our cities to develop and flourish.
This is easy to verify, even if it is dotted, in blitz mode, to dwell on his biography. He is from Berezovka. The sensible and hardworking guy was noticed and appointed a shift master. And then the career ladder quickly carried him up: the deputy head of the workshop, the leading engineer and soon the head of the scientific and technical center, the deputy director for the production of glass wools, the chief engineer of the Neman glass factory ...
And then, fate made a new round in Andrei Petrovich’s career: he was offered to head the hot galvanizing plant. So, together with his family, he moved to Lida. For eight years now, the “cone” for him is more than just a place of work. In online mode, I can see not only the workflow, but also everything that happens on the territory of the enterprise. I believe that discipline is very important.You won’t be lusting with me, ”Andrei Petrovich jokes.
Throw smoking - get up on the skis! I understood: this does not benefit the enterprise - therefore, I proposed to pay 1.5 basic as an increase in the prize to everyone who does not smoke. Let's count together: 1.5 basic is about $ 20 every month. For a year, the amount is running about about dollars. This money is received by anyone who does not have a pernicious habit.
And the one who smokes, economic benefit strives in the minus. He will not receive a bonus, and on cigarettes alone will spend a round amount. As my colleague once said, he will buy a fur coat to his wife saved on tobacco. In a word, my idea was supported in the team and many are now grateful for this. And the prize is in your pocket, and you don’t have to throw it. Secondly, we sign the contract: if you refused to smoke in the territory of our enterprise, get an additional bonus for this.
However, if you were caught with a cigarette, be kind to return the enterprise all previous payments. Strictly, I do not argue, but fair. Although there are people who did not refuse to smoke from the habit. But they did not sign the contract either. This is their choice, and I have nothing against. An unusual guest named handsome - a month ago a hawk settled in our factory, ”says Andrei Petrovich.
There are many problems from them, so we drove them as we could. And then such a rare guest came. He settled in a ventilation shaft, hunts small birds - in a word, lives himself and does not blow in his mustache. The workers even gave him a nickname - handsome. The very fact of the appearance of a bird of prey very happy. We regarded this as a quality mark: it means that everything is in order with the ecology.
Andrei Petrovich explained: usually if birds fall into production with harmful emissions A “cone” is not such, they die. Their birds are not just hello, but even trying to get to permanent residence. And this, of course, indicates a favorable environmental situation. And what else to expect from an enterprise that has been conducting a large -scale environmental upgrade for several years?
Considerable amounts were invested in the technological rearmament of the plant, and all in order to improve production. But not every enterprise is concerned about environmental problems. Further, the conversation with the leader came out about plans and prospects. And while Andrei Petrovich said that the plant would allegedly get a shop for galvanizing small -sized products by the year, I remembered a joke: they say that the head in his hands all the index fingers.
