Nikolai Nikolaevich Karyakin rector of the Volga Research Medical University, the release of the year - the beginning of a professional path was laid at the Kolomensky Medical School, which I graduated with honors in June. I remember that in the first - second year I worked in different circles: everything was interesting. But, having got into the 3rd year in the laboratory of neurophysiology under the leadership of V. Every year I was more and more convinced of this thought. Therefore, along with neurosurgery, I began to study the organization of healthcare, and in the year I entered the State University of the Department of Moscow at the Department of State and Municipal Administration, which graduated with honors of the year. In the same years, my work began on a doctoral study on the study of systems for the organization of medical care in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, which I completed by defense in the year.

In the year, I received an offer to become deputy head of the Department of Health of the Krasnodar Territory, and after 3 months was additionally appointed and. A doctor is an ordinary person with an unusual vocation - to treat the ailment, meeting with pain daily, he must maintain compassion and responsiveness to the patient's needs. Every day, the doctor is faced with a difficult choice: to totally remove the tumor or save the function, devote all its time to the treatment of one patient in critical condition or to help many other not so severe patients.

The work of the head in the healthcare system is not only a significant increase in decision -making cases that are the fate of people, but also the obligation to constantly solve the problems of ensuring the continuous development of medical care in the entrusted institution in the conditions of limited resources. Since the year I have been living and working in Nizhny Novgorod.

Work as the director of the Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics, and subsequently the rector of PIMU, the institution formed as a result of the merger of the Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics, the Research Institute of Children's Gastroenterology and the Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy allowed me not only to grow as a leader, but also to continue to engage in research activities in the team of high -class and masters of their field.

In the year in Russia, the Association of 3D Press Specialists in Medicine was created. Members of the association are both doctors of various specialties, scientists, specialists in the field of IT, 3D modeling, and medical institutions, companies engaged in the production and sale of medical products, materials and equipment for 3D printing. The Association is constantly held by all -Russian conferences for medical 3D printing, unified requirements are developed standard operating procedures for the production technology of most individual medical products created on a 3D printer, individual medical products are created on a 3D printer.

In most cases, the use of individual implants created using 3D printing is the only possible way to treat to preserve the function of the lost segment. In Pima, individual implants created using 3D printing allow organizing operations with a good result, preventing patients' disability. One of my most important achievements I consider the implementation of the unique project “The Center for Long -term Rehabilitation of Children“ Good Garden ” - a rehabilitation center for children with autism and other disorders in mental development, deployed on the basis of Pima.

In the work of the "good garden" we use a modern medical approach, effective psychological and pedagogical correctional methods, innovative scientific research in assisting children with developmental disabilities. The services of the rehabilitation center include advisory and diagnostic assistance, medical support, the compilation of an individual program for the development of the child, correctional and developmental classes, adaptation to the conditions of macro and microenvironment.

In addition, we advise and teach parents, and also carry out educational and educational activities among the population and specialists-we conduct seminars, conferences, master classes, work with the media.Currently, the successful implementation of this project allowed us to achieve the replication of accumulated experience in the entire Volga Federal District as part of the activities of the District Center for Mental Health, organized on the basis of PIMU in the year under the patronage of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District I.

Personal success of the healthcare organizer, in my opinion, should be measured by an increase in the number of patients adopted during the period of control of the clinic, the level of growth of health growth Citizens in each settlement where the doctor works, the ease of receiving the necessary medical care both in the hospital and in the clinic. The motto of the head of any level - “We work for citizens” who need only one result - maintaining their health!

What is the secret of success, I think, first of all, in self -discipline and respect for each employee, student and patient.
