He was born in the fishing village of Biryuchye Sick of the Astrakhan Region, in a large family of hereditary fishermen. Boris was 12 years old when the family moved to distant Siberia to the north of the Omsk region in the village of Kar, thus, the childhood and youth of Boris Ryauzov passed in Siberia.

Artistic giftedness affected everything. At the age of 17, he wrote plays, poems, organized personal exhibitions in a local club, wrote the scenery for theatrical productions. In the year, Ryauzov’s dream comes true - he enters to study at the Omsk Art College. Two years of study were a difficult, but happy time of his life.
