Nikandrov Philip Biography
Are the parks stayed in it?
Did air taxis appear, as in fantastic films? The profession of a modern architect is to create buildings that can meet the rapidly changing trends and requests of citizens and be aesthetically impeccable. One of these projects promises to become the 4th quarter of the Event residential complex from the Donstroy company-the first residential skyscraper in Moscow with heavenly bridges connecting three floor towers.
What attracts you to high -rise construction? Philip Nikandrov: As a creative task, any object of any scale is interesting to me, even a bus stop. The design has no boundaries of scale and does not divide into “prestigious” and “prestigious”. Many famous architects were engaged in the design of furniture, dishes, watches, even such classics as Corbusier, MiS van der Roe, Aalto, Rossi.
But the size still matters! High -rise buildings are not only billions of budgets. This is a big responsibility. You are entrusted with a huge process in which thousands of people are busy - several armies! This, of course, inspires and inspires. Building in height, you create an architectural dominant, which is visible from anywhere in the city. Your building can even become a visiting card of the city and country.
The Eiffel Tower, built for the World Exhibition as a temporary building, became a symbol of Paris and France. What is the symbol of Moscow? Let us recall the Olympics on her logo - the collective image of the Stalinist skyscrapers, at that time the main high -altitude dominant of the capital. Any building can be made talentedly, but you can meditate, high -rise buildings are no exception, and here is the responsibility of the architect.
But also much depends on the level of communication and trust between the customer and the architect. Well, it is unlikely that you can build a landmark high -rise building with a small budget. Raising hundreds of tons of metal, concrete and glass to this height is certainly more expensive by 1 m2 than ordinary construction of medium number of storeys. What can go wrong? The architect is as a universal doctor-therapist: he means through and programs the entire “anatomy” of the building, without specializing in specific systems or elements developed by engineers and designers.
A single idea should permeate the object - from facades to interior design and landscape. Therefore, for the customer, it is wrong to order architecture, landscape and interiors to various architects and designers - this will eventually weaken the power of the idea, or generally devalues the original artistic plan. Continuing the theme of skyscrapers. For Moscow, this is not the most familiar format for housing.
How did you try to enter the Events-4 futurism in the eclectic style of the city? The fact that Moscow is eclectic is unleashing hands with architects. The eclecticism, alas, is the essence of the current era: there is no prevailing style in fashion, or in design, nor in architecture. There are, however, certain trends. The Event residential complex was created in the trend for minimalism, the essence of which was formulated by MIS Van Der Roe: “Less Is More” means less.
” Minimalism is compositionally very simple “gestures” that conquer their grace, or, conversely, brutality. The main thing here is laconicity. The decision to “wrap” three floor towers of the residential complex in snow -white rounded frames - the metaphor of our time and direct references to the very framework of the gadgets that today “framed” our lives. We have long been looking at the world through the rounded frames, looking into the screens of our smartphones, tablets and laptops.
But in the residential complex of the “Event” we literally “pulled out” people from the framework of their iPhones, placing their new housing into giant frames, through the panoramic windows of which they see the city Skyline, as if through the screen of a huge gadget. Why do people want to live on top? Until the end of the 19th century, wealthy people lived in European cities on the lower floors, and the poor and students and students on the upper floors and in the attic.
The XX century gave us vertical transport and completely turned the social stratification of housing. Today, the higher, the more expensive and cooler - better views, more light, less noise of the city and cleaner air. In the 4th quarter of the Event residential complex, we created panoramic glazing “on the floor”, photographic French balconies, providing wonderful views of city panoramas.
But at the same time, we have a guaranteed social homogeneity and all the advantages and “chips” of this business class-presentable reception zones and elevator halls, high-speed elevators, underground parking, etc. What is the complexity of the project? Not all people feel psychologically comfortable in the courtyards of high -altitude complexes at the foot of skyscrapers and everyone in sight.
The lack of private areas on the territory of the site was more than compensated by the architectural solution with Sky and Sky parking on roofs. The idea of Sky-Mosts came into our lives from fantastic films of the 20th century and drawings of viralist visionaries. The first to successfully realize it to life in Singapore, where there is a favorable climate, but few land. The well-known example is the Marina Bay Sands Hotel with a garden and a pool on the roof of a single “soaring” Sky park.
For the first time, I had a chance to go there as an invited chairman of the Asian Summite Skyscrapers Summit skyscraper, the idea of Sky-Mosts obviously infected me. Moscow has a wonderful Skyline, which is pleasant to admire, but there are practically no high -quality and equipped observation sites. Vorobyovy Gory is not the height to see everything. How will the Sky-Mosts and the Sky Park in the 4th quarter of the Event residential complex be arranged?
Unprecedented species, panoramas of the city through the glazing around the perimeter, meter, looped treadmill, landscaping and playgrounds on the roofs. All this is at an altitude of meters. Можно наслаждаться закатами и рассветами, заниматься спортом, работать в коворкинг-зонах и отдыхать в лаунж-зонах. What about safety? How to operate in winter? A whole -glass fence around the perimeter of bridges in the event “Event” residential complex is quite high - you won’t climb, it protects from gusts of wind, providing a comfortable environment.
For facade and finishing materials, low temperatures are not a problem. The issue of snow removal on Skymosts is solved using built -in cable heating in the thickness of the coating. Skyscrapers in the city of VS country houses. What do you think for the future? In the existing megacities, there is a clear drawback of territories in addition to the buildings themselves to place an adequate street-road network in the level of the Earth often inherited from the past or a century before last, parking lots, pedestrian zones with retail and recreational areas for walking and rest.
We have to sacrifice landscaping, drive something underground: a metro, interchanges, parking, engineering infrastructure objects-but there is a limit to this because of conflicts with the foundations of buildings, the features of soils and many legal difficulties associated with the borders of the cadastres and the rights of the owners of the sites. Since the asphalt captures more and more urban space, the only thing where the city can grow is the third dimension, up the vertical.
The Z axis has not yet been mastered. In Singapore and Hong Kong, the idea of lifting a pedestrian area above the roads was implements in places. In the center of the Chicago road and parking are removed underground. In already established megacities, it is very difficult to implement such “multi-layer”, but we can completely conflictly create a recreational infrastructure at altitude: Sky-Mosts and Sky Parks.
On the roofs of buildings, you can build safe spaces that compensate for the absence of domestic territories. Make a glass parapet to protect against wind, put a playground and organize a recreation area, as in the residential complex "Event". The buildings themselves can be interrupted by bridges, like a crystal lattice, and even support each other constructively.
In the event of a fire, it will be possible to safely go to the neighboring building on the Sky Modes. Let's look at the not so distant future - an air transport will be a largely publicly accessible model of fast movement around the city: copters and drones with autopilots, they have been tested for a long time in different countries. Where to land the air taxi, if not on the roof?
The architecture of buildings will be reviewed and adapt, and the roof will become the same input element as the first floor of the building. When people begin to fly to their home, they, in addition to the landing sites themselves, will need concomitant infrastructure on the roofs: lobby, elevators. In the residential complex "Event" in Ramenki, we all realized this. This high -rise complex will enter the high -tech era of smart cities of the 21st century fully equipped.
And when will this future come? It is already coming, but there are many obstacles that need to be overcome. Innovative elevators for skyscrapers without cables are already tested and are already patented - based on the principles of magnetic levitation, the cabin will be able to move not only vertically, but also horizontally between buildings at any level. In the city of the future, Sky-Mosts are needed not only for creating environmental zones and for air transport, they will help the buildings be safer.
Any skyscraper sways from the wind, huge funds are spent on stabilizing its constructive. If the structures are interconnected by bridges, then the structures become more stable. Construction will be cheaper. Imagine the Greek dance of Sirtaki: connected by hands in a round dance, people form more stable “structures”. Remember the acrobatic pyramids and Castell - multi -tiered Catalan living towers of people ...
Often, many architectural innovations cause misunderstanding among the townspeople. What do you think, which Muscovites want to see the capital? Should the townspeople actively participate in urban planning? Our modern architectural environment is largely the quintessence of the state of minds in the city. And it is as modern as people are in power and in financial structures, our customers, and even end customers of apartments, if we are talking about residential architecture are formed.Urbanists and architects are professionals and know much more about all aspects and difficulties in urban planning and architecture.
He delegated the right to form the urban environment, they should be visionaries and look into the future. Projects, as an event residential complex from the Donstroy company, are created, in turn, for the same bold innovators. We borrowed the practice of public hearings from Western democracies.
